A clear plan, from the start.
These are our standard lesson arrangements. Your written offer confirms your chosen format, level, start date, schedule, price and plan before you enrol. Requesting a free introduction is not an enrolment. These arrangements do not limit your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights.
- Your routine.
- Lessons run two to five times a week. These arrangements apply to private lessons: 30-minute sessions with one learner and one teacher. We confirm all lesson times in an agreed named time zone. If you travel, check the local equivalent before your lesson.
- Flex.
- Your next five scheduled lessons are reserved and payable. You may stop by giving written notice through our contact form or by email. Notice takes effect when received; our acknowledgement is not required to make it valid. You then complete or pay for the next five scheduled lessons, with no further lessons added. Before enrolment, we show you the cost of that five-lesson commitment.
- Commitment.
- This is an ongoing routine at a lower lesson price, with an initial minimum of eight weeks and an eight-week notice period. You reserve at least two lessons per week. You may give notice from the day you enrol. Your paid commitment cannot end before the initial eight-week period has finished. Your next five lessons are included in the eight weeks, not added afterwards. At enrolment, we show the total cost of the minimum period at your chosen frequency.
- Changing frequency.
- You can change your lesson frequency for lessons beyond your next five, subject to availability. On Commitment, the minimum remains two lessons every week, including during the notice period. If you normally take more lessons, you may reduce to two after the next five fixed lessons.
- Moving lessons.
- Your next five scheduled lessons cannot be moved. For later lessons, your coordinator can arrange another available time in the same Monday–Sunday week, measured in your agreed lesson time zone. A change is confirmed only once a replacement slot has been agreed. Until then, the original lesson remains booked. Moving a lesson does not reduce your weekly commitment.
- Holidays, absence and illness.
- Flex holiday weeks can be excluded before the affected lessons become part of your next five. Commitment has no unpaid holiday pause: at least two lessons per week remain payable. If you are absent or arrive late, the lesson remains payable and ends at its scheduled time. Contact your coordinator about exceptional circumstances; an exception only applies when confirmed in writing.
- Teacher absence and technical problems.
- We may provide a suitable substitute teacher. If Peppe cannot deliver the session, you may agree to a replacement lesson or request a refund. The same-week restriction does not apply to a lesson cancelled by Peppe. A failure of Peppe's lesson system is treated in the same way. Please check your own equipment and connection beforehand; an individual connection problem does not automatically make the lesson refundable.
- Payment.
- We invoice each calendar month in advance for the actual scheduled lessons, with a partial first or final month where applicable. The invoice is payable before the covered lessons start. Prices include any applicable taxes and lesson materials. There is no registration fee. The full eight-week commitment is not collected as one automatic upfront payment. We do not add a separate cancellation fee on top of the lessons due under your plan.
- Refunds.
- If Peppe owes you a refund for an undelivered lesson, we return it within 14 days unless you choose a credit instead. If you have already paid for lessons after your valid end date, those lessons are refunded. A paid credit is never imposed in place of an available refund.
- Getting in touch.
- Use our Contact page to request a schedule change, stop your routine or raise a concern. Keep your request confirmation for your records. Your written enrolment information will include the applicable withdrawal information and how to exercise those rights.
